When I first made Atlanta my home, I was welcomed into neighborhoods that carried a deep sense of pride. I met families who worked hard every day, small business owners who built something from nothing, and elders who reminded me that our story is bigger than any headline.

For years, I had the privilege of telling those stories as a journalist. I learned that the strength of District 35 has always been its people. The resilient, creative, and determined ATLiens who pass on something better to the next generation. That lesson has stayed with me in every role I’ve taken, whether in the newsroom, the nonprofit sector, or the private sector.

Now, as I step into public service, I am not running just to fill a seat—I am running to lead. I intend to be a public servant who can provide consistent leadership and build power for this community and in our state. I have the experience, energy, and values to represent State Senate District 35 with integrity and impact.

My vision is simple: to honor our history, protect our legacy, and build the future our families deserve.Our community has always been more than the challenges we face. We are builders, dreamers, and doers. Together, we can carry forward the story of District 35. One rooted in pride, grounded in legacy, and aimed squarely at the future.
